The concept of the press conference that announced the opening of Upground showroom and the beginning of sales was thought bearing in mind the company’s logo (coat of arms) and the slogan: “An emblematic address”. The conference took place one day before Saint Nicolas’ Day, on the 5th of December, within Upground showroom premises; the press meeting was the perfect choice for what Upground and the team behind the project represent.

Bearing this in mind, there is no wonder that we turned out to be great hosts, who meet their guests gladly and offer them everything they need: the resident family (actors from the National Theater of Bucharest) have carried out their tasks with the greatest grace! Sir, Lady, John and the child Willy have embodied an emblematic family and even more than that. English humor, hospitality and attention to details have determined the guests to consider the press conference as a successful one.

And why not? After being taken by surprise by the unexpected entrance of Sir and young Willy, the real members of the Upground family were presented to the press - Vali Preda, Ioana Ionescu, Tudor Mihai brought the discussion on a more serious track and told all the interesting details about the construction of the new residential project which will rise in the perimeter of Boulevard Barbu Vacarescu, Fabrica de Glucoza Street and Petricani Road, overviewing Tei Lake.

To be part of this exclusive meeting, the guests agreed to try, maybe for the first time, to imagine the coat of arms that can represent them. They each received an invitation accompanied by colored pencils and used the colors and shapes that best describes them (see the attached invitation front/back). When they left, the coat of arms pictured by the guests was returned to them, in a frame, to help them remember this event in the future.

Upground residential area is one of the most representative projects for the development of Bucharest. Therefore, as from today, Upground has an online presence, reflecting the essential values and the competences of this project.
